Chocolate Nuggets with a Twist

This summer I made nuggets as favors for my daughter's birthday party!  This evening I needed to make a small gift for a birthday as well as Halloween so I figured they would be a good option.  These make great gifts and are completely customizable!  They run about $2.50 a box!

I've Been Boo'ed!!

So yesterday at work I found a special treat in my mailbox!  In it was a note that said I had been Boo'ed!  It's now my turn to Boo someone else!  I love this time every year, almost as much as Secret Santa's!  I took the opportunity to make my Mummy Jar that I've been dying to make.  I saw the idea on Pinterest, and I've had the supplies for a little bit now.  It make a cute light you can put on your stoop or porch for Halloween!  I also made a small box of chocolate nuggets as well because you can always use a little chocolate!
What you need:
Mason Jar, White Streamers, Googly Eyes, Paint Brush,
Hot Glue, Mod Podge, Spray Sealer, and Tea Light Candles

The jar wrapped up!

Merry Christmas #5

This card was one that I have always wanted to try.  Last year Stampin' Up!  came out with this really cute owl punch......the only catch was that you could make all kinds of things with it.  I saw some of the cutest reindeer and penguins!  So I borrowed my upline's punch and got to work making some reindeer!  They turned out really cute.  I really like the way the DSP adds just the right touch to the background.  The white stitching turned out really cute too!

Ink:  Real Red
Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, Real Red, Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, and Red DSP

Seasons Greetings #4

So this is my 4th set of cards to sell for the holidays.  I really like the gold embossing work on the top.  Different take on the traditional tree!  This week I haven't been able to do a whole lot of stamping however, I do have a cute reindeer card and a cute penguin card in the work.  Next up, I'm going to be working on some Hanukkah cards!

Be Merry #3

I made this new holiday card last week.  The idea is pretty simple and it has more of a classic look.  The colors in this card are my favorite colors to use for the holidays.   I just love how they look together.

Happy Holidays #2

Here is my card I created last night.  I like the simplicity of this one.  =)  Unfortunately my order was messed up so I was missing the stamp set I ordered that had the Happy Holidays stamp I wanted to use on the bottom of this card.  So I'll add that later.  Even without it, I'm really happy with the results.

Seasons Greetings #1

Yes I'm doing exactly what I complain about each and every year......"It's not even Halloween and Holiday things are already out and on sale."  However, I'm going to be working hard to sell some of my creations next month so my goal is try to make at least 10 cards a week to sell.  So here is the first of many holiday creations!  What I like about this one is that it is pretty generic and it uses two of my new stamp sets  and my new punch.

Finished!

These two doilies were handcut.

Stamps: Delicate Doilies, Curly Cute
Paper: Whisper White, Wisteria Wonder, Elegant Eggplant
Ink: Wisteria Wonder, Elegant Eggplant

Crayon Monogram

Our day care provider just built a new home and moved over the weekend.  We wanted to do something special for her because of all that she does for us.  So I decided it would be nice to make her something for her new home to put in her day care area.  I got the design from a pin on my very favorite new site, Pinterest.  Click here for the original post with design.

To make it yourself all you will need is Approx 2-4 boxes of 24 crayola crayons, 1 piece of scrapbook paper, hot glue gun, and small glue dots (these I used to stick down and form the letter before I hot glued the final copy).  I used a die cut from my stamping supplies for the saying.
